1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BainaBatta, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed. BainaBatta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Listing Rules
Users may only list items they own or have legal right to sell. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, and any content violating Nepali law. BainaBatta reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
4. Transactions
BainaBatta facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Users are responsible for verifying item conditions before purchase. All sales are between individual users.
5. Payments & Wallet
Wallet funds are non-refundable except in cases of unauthorized transactions. Platform fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once a transaction is completed. BainaBatta is not liable for payment disputes between users.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: engage in fraud or misrepresentation, harass other users, post false or misleading information, scrape or copy platform data, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use the platform for spam.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on BainaBatta — including logos, design, and software — is the property of BainaBatta. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant BainaBatta a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
BainaBatta provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BainaBatta after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
